1. Pricing and Sales Taxes
Displayed prices on abzilly.com do not include applicable sales taxes in the United States and Canada. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

Our pricing may vary by country. Price adjustments or price matching are not offered. All prices are final.

Only one discount or promotional code may be applied per order.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order prior to delivery due to pricing errors, product availability, or other inaccuracies. If your order is affected, Berlus Consulting Inc. will notify you by email.

2. Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
• Products must be new or slightly used.
• You have up to 45 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Method

• Returns must be made by mail.
• To receive your return shipping label, please contact our customer service team at support@abzilly.com.

Restocking & Fees

• No restocking fees apply.
• There are no return handling costs for eligible items.

Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  

3. Seasonal and Promotional Returns
Additional terms may apply to seasonal items, gifts, or promotional sales (e.g. Christmas returns, gift cards, coupons, or gift receipts). These will be clearly stated on the product page or during promotional campaigns.
